Matt grew up in South Florida, attended local schools and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Central Florida in Human Resource Management. Matt worked for two major retail companies: Samsonite and Bed, Bath & Beyond.

In 2005, Matt Davies joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for his production in 2006. In 2007, he doubled his sales volume and in 2008 and in 2009 he was awarded the International Presidents Circle Award honoring the Top 1.9% of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates Worldwide.

As a consistent Top Producer and a member of the prestigious International Diamond Society, Matt’s performance is well recognized. His production exceeds millions in volume and already has helped hundreds of families purchase their dream homes. He has earned the Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation (GRI) – a prestigious designation from the National Association of REALTORS® that fewer than 3% of the Realtors nationwide hold, and the E-PRO designation. In addition, Matt recognizes the importance of continuing education and how it enables him to keep his customers informed of the most current market conditions and therefore is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

Matt is very active in the Boy Scouts of America as a trained Scoutmaster with his sons’ troop, annually coaches his son’s football team, plays golf regularly with his family and volunteers for the Men's Club at his church, the Children's Miracle Network and the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Children.

Sherry Gruden

Sherry has been with Coldwell Banker for more than 13 years and has helped hundreds of buyers relocate to the area.

Sherry Gruden, Buyer Specialist, bought two homes herself with the assistance of The Matt Davies Team and then decided to become a team member herself. She has been a Top Producer on The Team. Sherry is a super Mom, managing an active family with husband Jay and three sons - JJ, Joey and Jack as well as an awesome real estate practice. She has amazing energy and wonderful organizational skills. All her customers love her "can do" attitude.

Lori Karabedian

Lori Karabedian is a Florida Native, and a graduate of Florida State University. Lori majored in Elementary Education. She was a teacher in the Orange County Schools, her accomplishments include:

Tildenville Teacher of the year,
Disney's Innovative Teacher Award,
Teacher Trainer for the State of Florida in Authentic Assessment (1992-1997),
Grant Writer for Authentic Assessment (1993-1997)

She has lived in Orlando for over 23 years. Growing up, attending college, and becoming a realtor in Florida, has given her an unparalleled knowledge of Southwest Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Gotha, and the Clermont area. She has been a Realtor since 2003 and joined the Matt Davies Team as a Buyer’s Agent. Lori is knowledgeable and well organized. She loves meeting and working with new people. Providing extraordinary customer service is her top priority.

Jon White

Jon grew up in Milwaukee, WI, attending Ripon College and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Jon worked in the banking industry for over 18 years as a janitor, branch manager, mortgage lender and regional business banking manager.

In 2001, Jon created a property management business in the Disney World area in Kissimmee. He also obtained his real estate and mortgage broker licenses shortly thereafter. Jon sold the property management business in 2004, and sold his brokerage shares in 2007 to become independent. Jon created a new brokerage and hosted a popular local real estate radio show for several of years.

Jon has earned two prestigious designations from the National Association of REALTORS® that very few of the REALTORS® nationwide hold: Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation (GRI), and the e-PRO® designation. Jon joined the Matt Davies Team in November 2010.

Jon is active in his community with the West Orange Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for the Men's Club at his church. Other interests include sports, wine tastings and reading.

Tammy Bruner

Tammy is a resident of Downtown Orlando and loves it! She is regularly seen walking her dog Jax around Lake Eola Park, enjoying the area’s shops and restaurants, and mingling with the locals. She is also very active in the community volunteering for the Special Olympics and Best Buddies of Orlando.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, she is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Sales & Marketing. Her Midwestern upbringing instilled an impeccable work ethic and she went on to build a successful sales career in the prestigious and competitive arena of capital medical equipment. Receiving world-class training and experience selling to hospital boards, executives and physicians while with GE Healthcare Technologies taught her the importance of effective communication and the art of true negotiation. Her advanced sales and negotiation techniques have transferred exceptionally well to the dynamic real estate field.

Tammy attributes being a leading sales professional to the strong relationships she has developed as a result of her upbeat, high-energy approach and ability to quickly connect on a personal level with a wide range of personalities. She takes pride in building all of her business and social relationships on honesty, integrity and respect.
